Kotabaru Deputy Regent hands over 872 civil servants decrees

Kotabaru, S Kalimantan (ANTARA) - Deputy Regent of Kotabaru H Syairi Mukhlis handed over decrees, taking oath, and inaugurated civil servants and functional positions for 2026 within the regional government of Kotabaru, South Kalimantan.

Deputy Regent congratulated all government employees who were officially confirmed as State Civil Apparatus (ASN).

“With the inauguration of 872 employees, they are now officially civil servants in Kotabaru Regency. We congratulate them and hope they will work with more enthusiasm, increase discipline and performance in providing the best service to the public,” he said.

He also emphasized that the newly appointed ASN must maintain their commitment to their assignment and not to request transfer in the near future.

“We don't expect you to submit transfer application after just a few months. This is part of responsibility that must be carried out with full commitment,” he pointed out.

Speaker of Kotabaru Legislative Council (DPRD) Hj Suwanti expressed her appreciation and best wishes for the newly inagaurated civil servants.

“We congratulate the civil servants. We hope they can carry out their duties and responsibilities well. This inauguration is expected to strengthen the bureaucratif structure in Kotabaru District,” she said.

She also wishes the civil servants to be always healthy, strong, and smoothly in carrying out their public service duties.

Meanwhile, the total 872 civil servants were inaugurated consisting of 601 women and 271 men.
