Military District Command (Kodim) 1009 Pelaihari and Company C 623 Pelaihari, Tanah Laut Regency, together with the community of Martadah Baru Village, Tambang Ulang Sub-district, repaired a mushalla on Saturday (2/3).
The mushalla, a place of worship smaller than a mosque, used to have a small terrace, so the 104th TNI Integrated Village Development (TMMD) task force made it wider. Likewise, the roof, previously dull, was then painted in blue, becoming brighter and pleasing to the eye.
In addition to the mushalla, the soldiers and residents repairing the Darus Sallam Al-Qur'an Learning Center, which was originally built from wood, has now been completely dismantled and replaced with a permanent building.
Another view from the 104th TMMD activity was the making of embankment in the area of the oil palm plantation.
Martadah Baru Village Head Slamet Prayitno revealed that the TMMD activities in his village were very helpful for the residents.
