Field Manager of PT Pertamina EP Asset V Tanjung Field Andre Haribowo in Tanjung said this activity is also followed by workers in this oil and gas company.
"We embrace the Tabalong Police to provide theories related to safe riding and bad habits to avoid," explained Andre.
This safe driving educational activity is to commemorate the month of Occupational Safety and Health (K3).
Educational participants come from four high schools in Pertamina's operational areas, namely SMAN 1 Tanjung, SMAN 2 Tanjung, SMAN 3 Tanjung, and SMKN 1 Tanjung.
In his presentation, Head of Dikyasa (Education and Conjecture) Unit of the Tabalong Police Susil Hendri Susanto explained the signs need to be observed when driving and bad habits of the riders both the two and four wheels that can result in fatal accidents.
In the same event also held the election of five Ambassadors of Safety Driving.
Five were elected, one person from a Pertamina worker and four student representatives. These ambassadors get exciting prizes from PT Pertamina EP Aset.V Tanjung Field.
