Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan 16/8 (AntaranewsKalsel) - South Kalimantan Legislative Council (DPRD) Secretary HAM Rozaniansyah said three legislators have returned official cars.


"The return of the official car is prior to the delivery of the official notice of the car withdrawal from the board DPRD members," he said in Banjarmasin on Wednesday.

The three cars handed back to the Secretariat of DPRD are from the Chairman of the Democratic Party Faction H Fikri, from the Golkar Party Faction, and from the Chairman of the Honorary Council (BK-DPRD) H Haryanto.

"Indeed we have not made a withdrawal of the cars for the operation of completion apparatus Council (AKD) and for lend and use to the factions," he continued accompanied by Head of Administrative of the DPRD'S Secretariat Zaini.

"Cars for AKD operation and lend and use to the factions in the South Kalimantan DPRD amounted to 14 all kinds of Kijang Inova," said Rozaniansyah.

Head of Administrative added that the withdrawal of cars from the members of the Council in relation to the plan for the enactment of a law on the financial and administrative rights of the speakers and members of the DPRD.

It arranges the transportation allowance for the legislators so that they can no longer need official cars.

"The quantity of allowance is still awaiting facilitation from the Ministry of Home Affairs which is then stipulated by the Governor Regulation (Pergub) of South Kalimantan," said Zaini.
