Three physical projects carried out by TNI

Tanjung, South Kalimantan 12/5 (AntaranewsKalsel) - Tabalong District Government embraces the army of District Military Command (Kodim) 1008/Tanjung in the implementation of three physical projects in the countryside.

Head of Empowerment Division of the Tabalong Community Empowerment and Village Government (DPMPD) Hasan in Tanjung on Friday said the implementation of physical projects in rural areas related to commemorative month of gotong-royong (the tradition of communal cooperation).

"The three physical projects to be done by Kodim 1008/Tanjung through TNI Integrated Village Development (TMMD) include the access road to Sialing Hamlet, Walangkir Village to Madang Village and continuation of Takulat Village - Baco Village road," said Hasan.

Previously, the opening of the access road of Takulat - Baco in Kelua Sub-district along 1,200 meters has been realized also through the activities of TMMD Kodim 1008/Tanjung.

The construction of a passage road to Sialing from Hayup Village, Haruai Sub-district, along three kilometers with a width of 6 meters using the 2017 district budget (APBD).

It includes normalization of rivers in Banua Rantau Village, Banua Lawas Sub-district, to support the agricultural sector in the region.

The launching of the gotong-royong service in this district was carried out in Mangkusip Village, Tanta Sub-district, by the Regent Anang Syakhfiani and marked by continuance development of early childhood education center (PAUD).

In addition to physical activity of gotong-royong it also filled with counseling for the villagers in the framework of community empowerment.
