Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - A builder known as the murder of a state vocational school (SMKN) teacher at a house in Jalan Pramuka Satellite Housing Complex, East Banjarmasin, forced to be shot in the leg for resisting when captured.
Based on the information obtained by AntaranewsKalsel reporter on the field on Saturday, the perpetrator allegedly tried to escape by running into the marshes and fight when police arrested him and was paralyzed with hot lead (bullet).
After a bullet perforated one of his legs, the offender surrendered and police immediately took him to the Police Hospitals Bhayangkara to remove the hot lead.
Meanwhile Banjarmasin City Police Chief Kombes Drs Wahyono MH here said the actor named INi (28), resident of Jl Sei Bilu Laut, East Banjarmasin.
Iwan was arrested by Jatanras unit assisted by mobile detective (Resmob) of South Kalimantan Regional Police on Saturday (30/4) night around 19:00 at Jalan Pembangunan I, Gang Pandan, West Banjarmasin.
When about to be arrested at 18:00 pm, the perpetrator saw the officers and fled into the marshes that surround Gang Pandan.
Members directly chased him, and he threw himself into the marshes. Around 19:00 pm, the perpetrator caught after hiding under a house.
"When members wanted to capture, the perpetrator fought and endangered the lives of members in the field. Given a warning shots he kept fighting, he was forced to be paralyzed with a shot at one of his legs," he said.
The former Vice Director of Traffic at Polda Metro Jaya said, of the results of the investigation known the perpetrator has a revenge against the victim because every lost item at the victim's house, the perpetrator always accused of thieving it.
"The actor ever found out wanted to pick up the items belonging to the victim's family while working at the victim's house," said he who graduated from the Police Academy's class of 1990.
The performer was also furious over the victim after he was accused of stealing the money in the victim's home while working in the house.
"Because the actor was always accused of every loss of goods or money so perpetrator desperately killed the victim when she was alone at home," he said.
The perpetrator has been named as a suspect and detained for further legal proceedings. The suspects charged under Article 338 of the Criminal Code On Murder carries a penalty of 15 years in prison.
