Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (AntaranewsKalsel) - Passport Services Unit (ULP) Immigration Office Class 1 Banjarmasin in Barabai immediately operated to support the performance of the Immigration Office.
"This Passport Service Unit is a quick win program of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights as a form of Let's Work (Ayo Kerja) program," said Head of Immigration Office Class I Banjarmasin Tjuju Purnama here on Tuesday.
He said the Passport Service Unit immediately operational because of facilities and infrastructure are ready, including the two both service devices already installed on Saturday (5/12).
This as a form of President's Let's Work program, where the country comes closer to the community by providing professional services, accountable, synergistic, transparent and innovation (SURE).
With Passport Service Unit in the Barabai it is expected that residents around Banua Anam, Barabai in particular, get the benefit without having to travel far to Banjarbaru.
"The Banjarbaru Immigration Office is for the lost passport or double ID and duplication, while ULP Barabai to serve a newpassport handling and extension," said the head of the Immigration Office.
ULP Banjarmasin in Barabai Immigration Office located in shophouses at Jalan HM Syarkawi, North Barabai, Central Hulu Sungai.
Two both services will to be able to serve 50 passport per day and the tool will be added in accordance with the number of people who make a passport in the town.
