General Manager of Pelindo III Banjarmasin Hengki Jajang Herasmana said e-boarding makes it easy for passengers. Service becomes faster, easier, besides the passenger manifest of data between the Pelindo and the ship's agent will be the same.
By e-boarding, passengers carrying only ticket when entering the lounge. Do not need to be recorded, no need to wait for evidence of check-in clerk made manually, simply by scanning a barcode, the proof check in automatically printed.
"It's easy and faster entering the waiting room, so not a long queue as usual," says Sumarto, prospective passenger.
"Service e-boarding fro now applied to Pelni ships passenger. Going forward, we have to improve for all passenger ships departing from Banjarmasin no later than early next year, "said Hengki.
