Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (Antara) - Head of the South Kalimantan Regional Office of the Religious Affairs Ministry or Kemenag H Muhammad Tambrin says, revitalization of Asrama Haji on Jalan A Yani Km28, Landasan Ulin Village, Banjarbaru, disturbed by land disputes.
"The land in dispute was about 1.6 hectares (ha) of land area of 7.5 ha granted by provincial government of South Kalimantan," said Kemenag Office Head in Banjarmasin on Friday.
The Religious office with the local administration through the legal system seeks to resolve the dispute of land sued by someone who claim to be the holder of property rights.
Regional Office of Kemenang has been communicating and meeting with the local High Court and the State Prosecutor. "The meeting was also attended by representatives of the Legal Aid Institute (LBH) of the University of Lambung Mangkurat Banjarmasin, Head of Legal Department of the Provincial Government
and the local National Land Agency (BPN)," he said.
He said although there were problems in some land, but the revitalization plan to renovate pilgrims hostel or Asrama Haji just like star hotel standard will go ahead in 2015.
