Mayor Received Health Award

Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan ( Antaranews ) - Banjarmasin Mayor Haji Muhidin awarded with Mangala Karya Bakti Husada by Health Minister Nafsiah Mboi in Jakarta, Friday (15/11).

Mayor via telephone revealed to reporters in Banjarmasin , the award is given for Banjarmasin City Government's commitment in building the health sector. Some indicators of achievement among other priority health programs with the results included in provincial and district/municipalities basic health research ( Riskesdas ).

Then the budget allocation to the health sector budget above or close to 15 percent as well as other indicators.

With the commitment and based on the results Riskesdas, 2013, the city of Banjarmasin in the top achievement of priority indicators in health development.

In a series of events , the Minister also handed over the charter and Mangala Karya Bakti Husada trophy and certificate and badge Knight Bakti Husada to a number of institutions and individuals who contributed to the development of the health sector.

Based on the record, this award complements the collection of awards received by the Mayor H Muhidin on behalf of Banjarmasin City Government during the tenure of the first five-year period.

"We are proud to health development efforts that we do get appreciation from the Minister of Health . Hopefully this award be a better boost for Banjarmasin City Government to provide the best service to the community , particularly in realizing Banjarmasin Towards Health," he said.

Muhidin also said that one of the indicators that led to the award of Banjarmasin is the commitment and hard work to build the infrastructure of the hospital in order to carry out the construction of Banjarmasin Towards Health.

Another success was the appointment of health care quality and performance improvement and welfare of cadres .

Therefore Muhidin thanked all levels of society Banjarmasin who has helped and supported the government program of Banjarmasin , particularly in the field of health.
