There are still obstacles in land certifying both external and internal, but we continue to look for a solution,"
Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan (Antaranews) - Head of the South Kalimantan Regional Office of the National Land Agency Binsar Simbolon admitted some obstacles in land certification in this area.
"There are still obstacles in land certifying both external and internal, but we continue to look for a solution," he said in Banjarbaru on Friday.
He mentioned the external constraints faced is public awareness of the importance of land rights certificates which still have to be improved, so they have legal power on land ownership.
In addition, local government support to the community to help complete the application for the right base or seal for the underprivileged should also be enhanced.
"Quite a lot of poor can not apply for rights to the land base. Therefore it needed help from local governments, including the ease of administration," he said.
In addition, he said, relief for the payment of Cost of Land and Building (BPHTB) needed for the poor so that they would take care of its stake.
"For internal constraints include lack of service facilities such as office buildings less representative and the quality and quantity of human resources to be improved," he said.
"Improving the quality of service through strategic programs such as People Services for Land Certification (Larasita), Quick Wins and service of the day is a challenge faced forward," he said.
